"
Working one-on-one with Oliver was truly transformative. The insights I gained continue to resonate with me and have brought about profound changes in my life. When I started the process, I felt completely stuck and had no idea where or how to find a way forward. Ironically, I'm a therapist myself, I've been writing since I was seven years old, and I know many techniques for helping myself. But this year, I had reached a wall. Oliver's approach helped me break through that blockage. What can I say? I had never been able to recognize and embrace the paradoxes within myself so clearly before. Through this process, I found my way back to myself, and with that came a deep sense of inner calm. Even my heart rhythm problems have disappeared. I can literally measure that I am back in harmony with myself. Thank you, Oliver, for your openness, honesty, and the genuine care and respect with which you guided me throughout this journey.
"
Oliver's 1:1 sessions are guiding me to reframe how I look at my inner reality, and to see my own "BS" as something I should accept and integrate not as something I should invest psychic energy rejecting. I'm learning to embrace and take ownership without judgment of all the parts of me that I dont like and would like to change, and from there do real, authentic and honest "inner work" around them. Each week I look forward to our meeting to have an intelligent, insighful and profound conversation about our own dynamics and patterns and thanks to him this work has become a daily practice that I now cannot imagine myself without.

I realized I had been preventing myself from failing by not starting at all, or by starting unimportant stuff just to keep myself busy.
"
I managed to rewrite a long-held mantra into a more sustainable, less destructive one. I'll put the new one above my desk as a daily reminder.
"
This week of journaling has helped me start the process of healing already.
"
Wow the repetition really unlocked a new path for me to peel back more layers of ego; differently than expanding on a single idea where I'm also writing for a while but giving ego more space to "throw things out" instead of chipping away at it.
"
I avoided this task as long as I could. I was afraid of what I might uncover, like there was a dark secret. Turns out it wasn't a secret, it was always in my peripheral vision but I was focussing on anything else.
"
It's remarkable how, when structured the "right" way, a sentence stem can guide us to the right place, push us to confront what we didn't even know needed to be confronted.
"
For a long time I've been conscious of wearing masks and projecting this persona of having all my shit together when on the inside, I feel that I really don't. This exercise was most revealing in starting to shed some light on why I feel that way and where that comes from.
"
So much unpacking happening. The insights are not extremely new, but I'm seeing new perspectives and getting to a deeper understanding. This is great!
"
At the end of the second stem it seemed like my younger self and I somehow teamed up. We managed to rewrite a long-held mantra into a more sustainable, less destructive one.
"
The prompt 'becoming friends with my younger self' was very moving. Looking at my younger self with forgiving eyes, and discovering what came out of that process was very powerful.
"
It really is powerful to acknowledge the parts of us that were just trying to keep us safe.
"
Enjoyed the positive anchor and the recognition that I'm actually doing better than I stopped to realise.
"
Alive and capable, what a great pair!
"
It's been so helpful to write down the things that have been bubbling away on the surface but I've never really confronted, and also to peel back the layers.
"
I've learned that I should make time for the things that give me energy rather than deplete it, and follow my curiosity and creativity.
